2. What data we collect

Data you submit via the contact form: name, email address, subject, and message. Submission is voluntary.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and timestamps. This data is collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security, infrastructure, and abuse-prevention purposes.

We do not run any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking script on this website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries sent via the contact form — legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to professional contacts (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To operate and secure the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Third-party processors

To operate the website and the contact form, we rely on the following processors, each bound by appropriate data-protection commitments:

5. International transfers

Some of our processors are based in or operate from outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
